How can I return or exchange my order?

Lolovivi returns are easy and cost free to you! All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you can reach out to our Customer Care team at care@lolovivijewelry.com or 203-295-4231.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the piece is returned to Lolovivi  in its original condition without any augmentations or damages. All refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original amount paid.  

Return / Exchange Method 

To make an exchange, find the order with the item you would like to exchange and select your preferred item.

We offer two methods of return on our Returns Site:

1. Print a complimentary return label and ship your package from any UPS location

2. Download a return code and drop your package off at a UPS location—no printing required.
