When people ask me why I started Lolovivi, they usually expect me to talk about jewelry.

The truth is, it started with customer service.

Long before I ever designed a ring or sourced a diamond, I spent my career in financial services. I had the opportunity to work for companies like American Express, where I learned one of the most valuable lessons of my career: people remember how you make them feel.

Great service isn't just about solving a problem. It's about listening, asking thoughtful questions, anticipating needs, and making someone feel confident that they're in good hands. That philosophy stayed with me throughout my career, and ultimately became one of the foundations of Lolovivi.

Shopping Has Changed—But People Haven't

Like many people, I do a lot of my shopping online. It's convenient, it's fast, and it fits into busy lives.

But I've also found myself increasingly drawn to smaller brands.
